I hadn't done a mitered corner until today. Cheri is my quilting tutor extraordinaire. She gave me a lesson and you can see that the corners turned out well.The corners are on a sampler quilt. The blocks are from Saturday Sampler 2006-2007 at Glad Creations.
I got the idea for the setting squares looking at the blog Bethany Quilts. Mine are slightly different, with an uneven nine-patch in the center of the block.I think the quilt turned out really nice.
