So you've noticed, I'm a male quilter. Really I did make that quilt. Yup all by myself.

Mitered to Perfection
I hadn't done a mitered corner until today. Cheri is my quilting tutor extraordinaire. She gave me a lesson and you can see that the corners turned out well.
The corners are on a sampler quilt. The blocks are from Saturday Sampler 2006-2007 at Glad Creations.
I got the idea for the setting squares looking at the blog Bethany Quilts. Mine are slightly different, with an uneven nine-patch in the center of the block.
I have way too many quilt projects. I also like to cook. I plan to share my successes in completing projects and my favorite new recipes. And along the way maybe a few other of my interesting notions!

I haven't done a mitered corner. It looks so nice and you did a great job! It will be a while before I do, I think.
