For one of the meals at the reunion, my brother and I put the meal together. My brother made beef curry stew and I made jambalaya. My mother can't eat meat, so we decided to also make ratatouille. I'm including the recipe. It is a lot of chopping but very delicious and totally worth it. Here is a link to the website. http://www.oduamy.com/best_ratatouille.html I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

The man has a purse

So the first post is a finished product. Wahoo! And it is a purse. I work part-time at Glad Creations in Minneapolis, MN. Here is a link to their website, http://www.gladcreationsquilts.com/. It is a great shop and I love it. I even loved it enough to make a shop sample of a purse. Well I guess it is really more of a bag. It is made using 5 asian fabrics and the "Grids and Grommets" pattern by Indygo Junction.
I made the Large Jelly Roll version. I think it turned out well. If you want to check out it out in person, come to the shop. I'll be there tomorrow, so I may even be modelling it.
